Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to uphold the highest standards of facility maintenance. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics and logic controllers. • Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks. • Conduct welding tasks for repairs or modifications on equipment. • Use tools such as an Ohmmeter to test electrical components and systems. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. • Collaborate with team members to lead projects aimed at improving equipment reliability. • Adhere to safety protocols while performing maintenance duties. Experience • Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. • Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair. • Experience in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory. • Ability to read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and machinery. • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to guide team efforts effectively. • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
