Trademark Attorney – multiple locations Location(s): CA, DC, NY, TX Salary: $200,000-$250,000 Am Law 20 firm seeks trademark attorneys to join its elite IP group. What you bring: • 5+ years of experience as a trademark attorney working on searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing • Active license to practice law • Preference given for TTAB experience • Preference given for USPTO examiner experience What you will do: • Oversee domestic and foreign trademark matters for a global client base • Trademark and brand clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing including preparation of OA responses, use affidavits, maintenance and renewal filings, cease and desist letters, and brand counseling • Work on oppositions and appeals at the TTAB • Provide due diligence assessments and prepare assignments, security agreements, and releases as needed • Assess domain name resolution and copyright issues #89028
