Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Navy Estimating and Repair Supervisor. The role involves preparing detailed repair estimates, managing repair projects for equipment and pump systems, and supervising work in compliance with Navy standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair processes, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring quality control on all projects. The Supervisor will also provide technical guidance to teams and address challenges associated with Navy-related repair requirements. Qualifications • Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, and budget management within repair and maintenance environments • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage teams, delegate tasks, and ensure project timelines are met • Technical proficiency in repair processes and maintenance of pump systems, with knowledge of Navy equipment standards • Experience in stakeholder communication, process improvement, and quality assurance practices • Proficient in using project management tools and software • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing challenges promptly • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in repair and maintenance contexts • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field is preferred • Navy experience or knowledge of Navy vessel systems is a strong advantage
