ECS is seeking a Health Project Manager to work remotely.     ECS is seeking a Senior General Management Consultant who is experienced in program and project management to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in executing multiple concurrent transformation initiatives. The Management Consultant will provide services to VHA clients including strategic planning, program evaluation, business process improvement, and implementation and operations support (i.e., studies, data management, performance measurement, training development, research, and policy).   The successful candidate is independent but works well in a team environment; has a high attention to detail; applies critical thinking and creativity to developing work products; has strong written and oral communication skills, and has proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Power Apps and Visio. The candidate must be able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.    Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 General Description of Benefits [https://ecstech.com/careers/benefits] Qualifications * Master's degree * Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance * Minimum of six years' full-time professional experience * Ability to develop a basic subject-matter understanding * Ability to use Jira to plan and manage the work  * ServiceNow experience * Must be able to work effectively and maintain high quality output in fast environment with shifting priorities
