Job Summary We are seeking a Client Service Representative to support clients using UKG Ready. This role handles daily system questions, troubleshooting, and customer support related to payroll, timekeeping, and HR functions. Responsibilities • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries in UKG Ready • Troubleshoot system issues and provide accurate, timely solutions • Assist with timecards, employee changes, reporting, and routine tasks • Document all client interactions in the ticketing system • Collaborate with payroll, HR, and implementation teams • Provide basic client training on system features Qualifications • Experience in payroll, HRIS, timekeeping, or client service • Strong communication and customer support skills • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and learn workflows quickly • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks • UKG Ready experience preferred What We Offer • Supportive team environment • Training and growth opportunities • Competitive compensation Pay: $21.63 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
