Learn more at: www.eastedgemi.com Key Responsibilities • Manage the scope, schedule, and cost of multiple concurrent civil construction projects. • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including site logistics, subcontractors, and material deliveries. • Oversee and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. • Conduct on-site inspections and collaborate with field teams to ensure quality and safety compliance. • Communicate effectively with general contractors, engineers, architects, and city officials. • Monitor project budgets and cost control measures. • Ensure timely completion of all project milestones and deliverables. • Report project status and performance metrics to leadership. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in civil construction, utilities, or sitework preferred. • High school diploma or GED required; additional construction management education is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Proficient in construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management software. • Valid drivers license required.
