We are long-term focused and values and ethics driven, and our dedicated professionals take pride in their work and having the knowledge to get the job “Done Right, the First Time, Every Time.” Position Overview We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team as Snow Plow & Salting Operators for the upcoming winter season. This is a part-time, on-call seasonal position responsible for clearing snow and applying de-icing materials at commercial properties during and after snow events. Responsibilities • Operate company-provided 2020 pickup truck with a Boss V-Plow and Western Tornado Salter to remove snow, then salt, commercial parking lots. • Spread salt/de-icing products to ensure safe surfaces for clients and the public. • Monitor weather conditions and remain available during snow events (overnight, early mornings, weekends, holidays). • Follow site maps and instructions to ensure thorough and efficient service. • Perform pre- and post-operation equipment checks, reporting maintenance needs. • Provide excellent service while maintaining a strong focus on safety. • Have the ability to take instruction and constructive feedback This opportunity might be for you if you: • Enjoy problem-solving -- including thinking outside the box and on the fly • Work well in a performance-oriented team while juggling multiple tasks • Are highly responsible, reliable, and self-starting • Enjoy diversity in your work schedule • Are driven to meet goals and see you and your team win • Work with integrity, passion, and to a high standard of excellence • Want to join a growing company and have the opportunity to grow yourself within it Qualifications • Previous experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, or other snow removal equipment required. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to work long hours during snow events, sometimes on short notice. • Reliability and commitment to being available during winter storms. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. • Strong descriptive communication skills • Ability to remain cool, calm, and positive in a fast-paced, environment What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience). • Flexible, part-time seasonal work that can supplement other employment. • Possibility of this position leading to a full-time opportunity • Training and support from experienced operations leaders. • Potential for recurring seasonal work each winter. • Opportunity to work with a reputable, growing company. • Respect and recognition for your contributions.
