Job Summary We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in scaling our client development and corporate development efforts. This is a high-impact opportunity at an early-stage, high-growth firm where you’ll own and optimize our sales infrastructure, drive smarter outreach, and help unlock growth across both new client acquisition and M&A sourcing. Key Responsibilities Support lead research/enrichment, including managing outsourced research teams, developing lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to drive prioritization for sales and corporate development. Build sales sequences and automation strategies to increase outreach efficiency and conversion. Manage and optimize CRM and sales automation platforms. Collaborate with marketing, growth activation, and relationship management teams to activate growth initiatives and cross-selling. Own sales reporting/dashboards and funnel analytics across corporate development and sales. Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io) to track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Analyze outreach, conversion, and team performance data to uncover opportunities for scalable improvements across sales and M&A sourcing strategies. Support sales forecasting. Partner with servicing teams to identify and leverage cross-servicing opportunities. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales strategy roles within a high-performance, sales-driven environment, ideally in financial or professional services Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM and sales automation platforms and sales reporting (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Seamless.ai, Looker, Excel) Strong analytical skills; comfort working with sales data and drawing actionable insights Highly proactive with the ability to take initiative and drive process improvements independently Organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset Benefits An attractive total compensation package Employer-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401k + 5% match
