Check out our many videos to learn more! http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/ Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, the Warehouse Personnel will receive incoming inventory deliveries, verify shipment paperwork, enter inventory into the system, pull and pack inventory to fulfill customer orders, create packing slips, labels, schedule carriers, follow up on the order status with internal and external customers via phone and email, manage inventory counts, identify discrepancies, conduct investigations, coordinate freight pick-ups and deliveries for time-sensitive orders, including cost analysis and handling claims, utilize Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) for various tasks, perform light instrument technician duties, servicing instruments and safety equipment. Responsibilities of Warehouse/Assembly include, but are not limited to: • Shipping and receiving • Putting up stock and pulling inventory for orders and/or transfers • Staging work-in-progress materials • Cycle counting and shipment tracking • Making deliveries • Assembling hoses • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services • Processing customer phone orders • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates • Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications of the Warehouse/Assembly include, but are not limited to: • 1-2 years of warehouse experience • Excellent communication skills • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently • Regular in-person attendance required • Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines Additional Information: • ​​​Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Working Conditions: Front counter sales, warehouse, assembling hoses • Training/Certifications: N/A • Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm • Travel: Making deliveries • Education: High School Diploma or GED • Location: USA:CO:Greeley DXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
