We are looking for a Technical Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Oxlo, a Dura Software company. This is a US-based Remote, full-time, Exempt position. This role is responsible for the support and maintenance of our proprietary production integration platform, which connects automotive dealerships to manufacturers like Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota, and Hyundai. This role blends systems administration, production operations, and customer support - ensuring uptime, data integrity, and rapid issue resolution for mission-critical automotive workflows. About this role • Monitor and support Oxlo's production environments, resolving outages and integration failures quickly. • Troubleshoot connectivity and data issues across customer workflows, analyze logs, and identify root causes. • Query and analyze data directly in Microsoft SQL Server to validate transactions, troubleshoot issues and verify data integrity. • Serve as a primary technical contact for customer support escalations and operational incidents. • Manage VMware-based infrastructure and Windows Server environments, including backups, firewalls, and DR site readiness. • Execute code and configuration deployments. • Coordinate planned maintenance windows and communicate downtime with partners. • Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for recurring procedures. Required Skills and Experience • 3-5+ years in systems administration, operations, or DevOps support. • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server - able to write and interpret complex queries, analyze stored procedures and work directly with transactional data. • Solid experience with Windows Server, VMware, and networking fundamentals (firewalls, routing, ACLs). • Strong troubleshooting and log-analysis skills. • Customer-facing support experience and ability to explain complex technical issues clearly. • Comfortable working independently and being on-call for critical issues. Job location and availability Employee can be permanently located anywhere in the U.S. Work will be performed fully remotely (e.g. work-from-home). • Daily attendance on Teams meetings is required. • Position is fully remote, so reliable fast internet connection is required. • Work Hours will correspond to the location of Oxlo and its customers and can include all U.S., Mexico, and Canadian time zones.
