In this role, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and be the liaison between field operations, upper management, and the end customer. Your strong leadership skills, clear communication, and ability to coordinate cross-functionally are key in this role as you manage schedules, resources, budgets, and customer expectations, while collaboring with Operations to ensure all project objectives are achieved on time and within scope. Hours for this position are typically 6:30am - 4:30pm but can vary so flexibility is required. Travel to various job and project sites will be required at times. What You Will Do • Review contracts and proposals to understand project scope, requirements, and expectations • Lead project planning, including developing schedules, resource allocation, and staffing plans • Set up projects in company systems and define tasks and responsibilities for stakeholders • Coordinate and lead internal and client meetings to ensure alignment and successful project launch • Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall cost performance • Maintain regular communication with operations teams and stakeholders regarding project progress, constraints, and updates • Build and sustain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor project backlogs, revenue forecasting, and ensure timely, accurate completion of deliverables (reports, data, invoices) • Provide Operations support: • Ensure clear communication on project targets, performance, and quality concerns • Act as an on-call resource for field supervisors to address emergencies, safety issues, escalations, and training needs • Track daily production across active projects and resolve issues promptly. • Collaborate with the Data Team to verify accuracy and completeness of project data before submission • Support departmental goals and initiatives, including policy development and execution • Review and approve field crew expenses and evaluate daily reports for production compliance • Assist operations leadership with coaching, disciplinary actions, and workforce management • Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees • Perform other responsibilities as needed to ensure operational and project success Ready to start your adventure with us?
