The Media Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing media workflows, timelines, and operational processes within Doner Media. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal media teams, external media agencies, finance, and procurement, this role ensures that media campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and with operational efficiency. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes for media operations, billing, reconciliation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while identifying areas for process improvement and optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end media project workflows, ensuring seamless execution between strategy, planning, buying, and finance teams. • Develop and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and key deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution. • Oversee budget tracking and financial reconciliation, ensuring proper approvals and compliance with Doner’s procurement and invoicing processes. • Partner with Media Finance Coordinator to communicate and coordinate between media teams, agencies, finance, and procurement to facilitate operational efficiency. • Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot issues, proactively resolving roadblocks related to billing, approvals, or workflow challenges. • Optimize operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and budget management. • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance, maintaining records of approvals, invoicing, and financial tracking. • Facilitate status meetings and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project timelines, budget status, and operational milestones. • Utilize project management tools to track and manage media deliverables, approvals, and documentation. Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in media operations, media project management, or media planning within an agency, client-side, or publisher environment. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Experience managing timelines, budgets, approvals, and financial reconciliation. • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive communication skills to drive operational efficiency. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple moving parts. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Prisma, and MediaOcean. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Understanding of media finance and billing processes, including purchase order management and reconciliation.
