5+ years advertising agency experience, strong CPG/automotive/retail marketing background, digital and traditional media knowledge, project management, and communication skills.
What you will do: • Responsible for working with the client to deliver solutions bringing forward new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance the client’s business, the client relationship, and the agency work • Manage the agency’s relationship with client and other partners (IAT), ensuring ongoing open lines of communication and continuous nurturing with all entities • Partner with project management in the agency work cycle providing thought-leadership and guiding the project by working with strategy to develop creative briefs, leading internal and client meetings, and securing approval • Lead projects and operate independently, taking ownership of major initiatives and ensuring successful execution from start to finish • Lead large-scale productions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality work • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to strengthen the agency/client relationship • Manage the client’s budget and billing activity, in part by providing forecasts for production and hard costs, generating individual project estimates, reviewing client billing/invoices • Track and analyze client’s business performance, leveraging outputs to drive the development and optimization of integrated marketing plans • Be a team player, exercising leadership when appropriate and participating in a collaborative workplace environment • Manage internal and external communications including memos, conference reports, etc. • Travel to client offices as needed to support relationship management and project execution What you need to succeed: • 5+ years of advertising agency experience • Strong background in modern CPG, automotive and retail marketing strategies with heavy digital experience including video, OLA and social, as well as traditional channels • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize/reprioritize work without difficulty • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Docs, Keynote • General knowledge of media landscape and processes a plus • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Motivated to further develop strategic thinking skills • Demonstrated interest or proficiency in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI)
