Responsibilities: • Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments). Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments for extended periods. • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager Qualifications: • Proactivity and self-organization • Ability to manage through a substantial workload • Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines • Ability to accurately monitor wastage • Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays) Education & Experience • Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products) Diversity & Inclusion statement DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
