Customer Service & Data Entry – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Job Description Summary: The Bilingual Customer Service & Data Entry Representative supports customers by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and entering data into internal systems. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in English and Spanish. • Provide product, service, or account information to customers. • Resolve issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure timely follow-up. • Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times. Data Entry & Administrative Support • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems. • Review documents for completeness and correctness. • Process orders, forms, applications, or reports. • Maintain organized electronic and physical records. Communication & Coordination • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments. • Translate basic information or documents when needed (non-legal). • Support team projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). • 1–2 years of customer service or data entry experience preferred. • Strong typing and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
