Are you direct, decisive, and deadly serious about running tight residential projects? Dino Painting needs a project manager who controls schedules, enforces standards, communicates clearly with homeowners, and refuses to let details slip. If you take ownership and don’t tolerate chaos, this is your lane. What You’ll Do • Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish. • Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight. • Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines. • Solve problems on-site fast so jobs never stall. • Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline. • Drive production schedules and keep jobs on track every day. • Document everything cleanly in our job management tools. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
