Are you an experienced and capable Account Director, with a deep knowledge of social media and digital campaigns? Have you built trusted long-term client relationships through your career? Here at Digital Voices, we are looking for an Account Director to join our rapid-growing team. We want someone to help the team create tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators. We source the best creators for every global campaign using data and work closely with clients on a long-term basis. Purpose of the Role The Account Director is the senior client partner responsible for driving commercial growth and deepening strategic relationships. This role is deeply client-facing, with a strong emphasis on client retention, relationship stability, and ensuring Digital Voices remains an indispensable global partner year after year. Alongside retention, the Account Director drives commercial growth by identifying opportunities, shaping new workstreams, and guiding clients toward solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Acting as both strategic advisor and commercial leader, the Account Director ensures Digital Voices consistently meets, and exceeds, client expectations across global markets. The Account Director champions the client’s business within the Digital Voices and Digital Voices value within the client organisation. They provide strategic direction, unlock opportunities across markets, and lead teams to deliver consistently excellent campaign execution through the matrix. Commercial Growth & Sales Acumen Identifies long term opportunities that deepen the client partnership over time Leads proposals, renewals, upsell initiatives, and cross market expansions Positions Digital Voice’s value clearly and persuasively in all client engagements Strategic Oversight Aligns campaigns and delivery strategies directly to client business goals Ensures senior clients feel strategically supported and understood Influencing Across the Matrix Steers cross-functional teams around shared goals that reinforce account stability and client satisfaction Financial Stewardship Oversees account profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial planning in collaboration with senior leadership. Ensures pricing and scopes support long term account health Talent Leadership Guides teams to deliver consistently strong work that reinforces client trust and retention Expected Outcomes Growth of client revenue, including successful identification and conversion of new opportunities Sustained multi-year client retention, demonstrated through renewals, long-term engagement, and high satisfaction High-value, long-term senior client relationships grounded in trust, effectiveness, and strategic partnership Clear strategic direction for campaigns, ensuring work directly supports client business objectives Consistent excellence in delivery, driven through matrix collaboration across global teams Accurate commercial forecasting, strong margin management, and overall account profitability A high-performing, motivated Accounts team that supports long-term client stability with clear development pathways Person Requirements 6/7+ years’ experience in an agency environment leading major client relationships with a strong record of retention and long-term account stewardship Experience creating long-term strategic account plans focused on stability, loyalty, and expansion Experience shaping strategic recommendations and articulating business value to senior clients Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders Demonstrated leadership across multi-market or global accounts Confidence identifying organic growth opportunities and converting them into revenue Comfortable in a hybrid role balancing strategic leadership, commercial development, and delivery oversight Experience managing large cross-functional teams and guiding account strategy across regions
