Summary: We’re looking for a high-octane, results-driven Junior Associate to aggressively expand DigiLance's Small Account portfolio within the US market. This is a freelance role for someone who thrives on building new business opportunities, connecting directly with proprietors, and seeing tangible results from high-volume outbound activity. This is a freelance, results-driven role with a probationary period of 3 months. You will focus intensely on securing new clients within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector for our specialized starter packages. We’re seeking candidates who are: • Highly proficient or Native in English (Spoken and written). • Based in the USA (Remote). • Experienced in high-volume outbound sales or business development (1+ years). • Self-starters who own their pipeline and drive velocity results. At DigiLance, we harmonize strategy, marketing, and technology to drive organizations forward. You’ll be the engine for growth in the crucial small business sector, creating meaningful partnerships and expanding our US footprint. Compensation: This role includes a probationary period of 3 months that is entirely on a commission basis. Freelance Base: Post probation (3 months or $30k in total closed contracts): $1,500.00 – $2,000.00/month retainer. About Us: DigiLance is the forward-thinking digital solutions partner. Our clients include billion-dollar giants, award-winners, and governmental institutions. With an outcome-based lens towards digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and an encompassing growth strategy, we are the new wave. Key Responsibilities: The Hunter's Mandate Success in this role hinges on proactive outreach, pipeline velocity, and sheer volume of activity. • Intensive Cold Calling: Execute a minimum of 50+ outbound cold calls daily to F&B proprietors and decision-makers in targeted US markets, including new and developing territories. • Velocity Prospecting: Utilize scraped data and strategic lists (multi-location, recently opened F&Bs) to fill and manage a pipeline that ensures meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for new meetings booked. • Full-Cycle Client Acquisition: Own the entire client journey, from initial prospecting and high-volume outreach to securing the signed contract. • Data Enrichment: Own the process of converting raw contact data (general emails) into verified, direct decision-maker contact information (email and phone) through diligent web research and phone persistence. • Rapid Deal Closing: Be prepared to close deals on the first or second meeting by presenting our defined, standardized F&B solutions. Leverage authorized closing incentives to secure signed contracts quickly and keep pipeline velocity high. • Own your pipeline: Build and manage your leads independently, strictly adhering to a defined multi-touchpoint blended sales cadence (phone, email, social). • Performance & Reporting: Participate in daily stand-ups to track core leading indicators: Dials Made, Conversations Held, and Meetings Booked (MB), and use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches. Ideal Qualifications: Experience: • 1–3 years of demonstrable success in a high-volume B2B outbound sales role (SDR, BDR, or Account Executive), particularly targeting small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). • Proven ability to handle gatekeepers, overcome immediate phone objections, and close small, quick-turnaround deals. • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and structured pipeline management. • Understanding of digital marketing or tech services (comfortable speaking to technical and business audiences). • Tenure in any F&B adjacent field with exposure to different F&Bs. Skills: • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English. • Strong commercial acumen with an eye for identifying new revenue streams. • Autonomous and self-motivated: comfortable working with flexible schedules and remote teams. • Discipline and comfort with a commission-only start that requires immediate, proactive output. • Deep curiosity about digital trends and marketing strategy. You’ll join a team that thinks globally, acts locally, and collaborates across time zones. You’ll have access to large lead pools, support from experienced strategists, and training that builds your expertise in marketing and digital strategy. You have a clear growth path within DigiLance’s Market Growth framework (from Junior Associate → Senior Associate → Principal → Manager and beyond) to increase your base salary and commission bracket. Join us and help shape the digital future of the US F&B sector.
