Lead AI-powered marketplace product strategy, growth, monetization, and cross-functional teams to drive activation, engagement, and revenue growth.
7+ years product management experience with AI features, marketplace leadership, PLG monetization, cross-functional team leadership, and $10M+ ARR delivery.
Responsibilities AI & Agentic Product Innovation • Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered marketplace experiences, leveraging agentic systems, LLMs, recommendations, and automation to optimize search, job liquidity, and user activation. • Build 0 1 and 1 N AI solutions across employer, student/consumer, and platform workflows. • Identify opportunities for AI-based personalization, intelligent onboarding, feature adoption, and workflow automation. Marketplace & Growth Leadership • Redefine marketplace job creation, search, matching, and application flows using AI/LLMs driving 10 improvements in liquidity and reducing major customer pain points. • Drive marketplace supply and demand growth across consumer and enterprise segments. • Lead experiments, product analytics, and GTM alignment to drive meaningful activation, engagement, and retention improvements. Enterprise Monetization & New SKUs • Build and scale self-service and PLG funnels, including free-to-paid upsells and automated onboarding. • Define pricing, packaging, and delivery strategy for new enterprise offerings and mid-market SKUs. • Collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Marketing to drive revenue diversification and double-digit ARR growth. Product Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence • Lead and mentor product managers across search, growth, and enterprise product areas. • Partner closely with Legal, Trust & Safety, Data Science, Engineering, Support, and C-suite executives to drive alignment and unblock critical decisions. • Implement product development processes and tools (Linear, JIRA, Aha!), enabling faster experimentation and cross-team execution. Global Launch & Compliance • Support international product launches, ensuring compliance, scalability, and successful product-market fit. • Manage enterprise customer feedback loops and drive adoption at scale. Qualifications Required • 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of consumer + enterprise products. • Proven success building AI-infused features, LLM-driven workflows, or automation capabilities. • Experience leading high-growth marketplaces or multi-sided platforms. • Strong expertise in PLG, monetization, upsell strategy, and revenue growth through new SKUs. • Track record of building and scaling self-service businesses and delivering $10M+ ARR initiatives. • Experience leading cross-functional engineering, design, data, and GTM teams. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and experimentation mindset.
