We are looking to add a CRM Specialist to our Yourgi team! LOCATION : Remote REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing PAY: $65k- $75K/ salary CORE RESPONSIBILITES: Activate, configure, analyze, and maintain the organization’s CRM platform and partners at a high standard. This includes the following: Creation of Workflows, Triggers, and Automations Marketing campaigns including drip campaigns and ad-hoc sends User segmentation User funnel optimizations to increase conversions during our sign-up process Assist with marketing and data capture efforts across all our marketing channels Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and support ongoing concept development for new CRM strategies and marketing campaigns. Collaborate cross with departments with Marketing, Customer Support, IT, and Product to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM workflows and automations. Troubleshoot system issues, manage CRM integrations with other platforms/tools, and coordinate with vendors or technical teams as needed. Maintain data integrity, monitor data quality, perform regular clean-ups, ensure accuracy and up-to-date records. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, IT/Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2-4 years' related experience in using and administering CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, spot trends, and help in creation of reports and dashboards Experience designing and optimizing workflow automation, segmentation, and marketing campaigns Excellent data management skills with attention to data quality, cleanliness, and integrity Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams including marketing, product, social media, and more. Understanding of data privacy/compliance, user roles, and security permissions in a CRM context Must be able to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and create strong working relationships Must be passionate about pets and helping pet parents find confidence in pet care A strong desire to get things done, and to a high standard Experience working in pet care, tech, or consumer-facing brands is a bonus, but not required.
