Skills & Experience • 5-8 years' experience in Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition in a corporate or freelance capacity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • You embrace change and challenge yourself as you recognize the next wave of career growth requires a learning mindset and upskilling for a new economy. • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, who also loves collaboration and empowering others to thrive. • A passion for learning & development, coaching and mentoring.
