DentiMax, Inc the industry leader in Digital X-ray Sensors is currently looking to hire an exceptionally talented Account Executive. You will be joining the best dental sensor sales team in the market today! As an Account Executive, you'll help grow our business by selling to new customers as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. You will be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. You will seek qualifying leads and help generate sales thought a variety of efforts including cold calling, emailing, working leads and current databases. Duties and Responsibilities · Good attitude · Willingness to work very hard. · Hit monthly and weekly sales goals · Work old databases and initiate contract with prospects through phone calls and email · Proactively call our new sales database-straight cold calling into dental office · Follow up immediately on new leads · Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services · 45+ calls per day · Set up meetings or calls between prospective customer, discuss and close deals · Report to Sales Manager on (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results · Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans · Effectively manage pipeline from cradle to grave Requirements and Qualifications · A personality with drive · Wellness to roll up your sleeves and work hard! · 1-2 years sales experience · Exceptional written and oral communication skills · Profound understanding of customer service · Strong work ethic and self-drive · Ability to think strategically and tactically · Excellent problem-solving skills · High organized with good time management skills · Strong attention to detail · Great active-listening skills · Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism · Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams · Highly skilled in negotiation and persuasion · Patient and able to practice good phone etiquette · Strong computer literacy skills · Experience using a CRM · Great number sense and mathematical ability · Team player · Coachable Please note that this job is in Mesa and cannot be performed remotely.
