Summary The Receptionist will be responsible for coordinating front desk daily tasks, billing, and processing insurance claims. Responsibilities • Applicants with less than one year of Dental Receptionist experience will not be considered for this position • Seating and preparing patients for treatment • Maintain an inventory of supplies • Monitor laboratory cases by logging cases leaving and returning to the clinic • Greeting, completing registration materials, and verifying insurance information and eligibility before the initiation of dental treatment. • Schedule dental appointments and send reminders via automated text, email, or telephone confirmations. • Coordinate insurance billing and patient payment • Understanding insurance EOB and enter insurance payments Qualifications • Previous experience working in a Dental office with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Data entry or PC experience • 1-2 years of front desk experience in a dental clinic or medical service-oriented setting preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
