The Business Development Manager Specialist Role • Help identify high potential Special Market partners • Driven individual contributor who is a team player. • Define/ co-define project plans with management • Manage progress of projects and lead project follow-up meetings • Ensure the update of the progress of the projects and the reporting to management • Translate business needs resulting from partnerships into operational/ technical spécifications • Define/ co-define the project completion KPIs and provide recommendations / alerts to the management. • Advise and report to the DSO Director for North America • Thrives in a startup environment • Works with cross-functional internal teams from business development, marketing, product development, customer support, finance, legal, etc. • Proficient in platform selling. • Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures • Strong communication skills • The manager would coordinate the DSO integration specialists and the DSO customer success of their territory • The manager would work closely with customer success, marketing, private practice channels and business development team • Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security • Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident • Promote awareness regarding information security in the team • Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS • You will be successful in this role if • • BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing, sales or business administration or equivalent required • Three to five years of industry sales experience • DSO B2B selling experience • C-Suite level sales experience • Contract negotiation experience • You are autonomous but have excellent listening and teamwork skills It would be fantastic if • A background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho desirable • A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology • Ability to inspire your team & co-workers Our work environment At DentalMonitoring, our employees thrive because : • We are collaborators!
