As a Route Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering crisp uniforms, linens, and supplies to some of New York City’s top restaurants, hotels, and businesses. Your day will start and end in Clifton, NJ. New Payrate of 25$ starting. What your day looks like: - Take the wheel of a box truck and navigate the buzz of NYC like a pro - Master the art of parking where others wouldn’t dare - Haul, lift, and deliver products through tight corners and busy sidewalks - Keep customers happy and the route running like clockwork It’s not a desk job—it’s a boots-on-the-ground, lift-and-hustle kind of role. If you thrive on movement, love meeting people, and want to play a vital role in keeping NYC’s service industry running, this job delivers—literally. \n What You'll Do Drive a company box truck from Clifton into New York City for daily route service Deliver, pick up, and account for uniforms, linens, and facility products Provide excellent customer service — you’re the face of Dempsey at every stop Manage the physical demands of the job: lifting, carrying, and loading 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout your route Follow DOT and company safety standards while keeping your truck in top shape What We're Looking For Preferred: Prior experience driving box trucks in NYC Considered: Experience with New Jersey delivery routes and confidence handling NYC traffic Must live in New Jersey within commuting distance of Clifton (route starts/ends at our facility) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required) Strong customer service skills — professional, dependable, and people-focused Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding role What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth in a stable, family-owned company \n $25 - $26.60 an hour \n This role is best suited for drivers who are confident handling box trucks in high-traffic, urban environments.
