Full Description

Delta Mold is looking for a highly motiviaed Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is an on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Delta Mold. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for finance-related tasks including accounting software management and managing accounts payable. This position will also provide administrative support, handling phone calls, maintaining communication, assisting executives, and performing various clerical duties. Key Responsibilities • Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable invoices, receipts, and expense reports. • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management review. • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and databases. • Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies. • Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are within budget and properly documented. • Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries and issues. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence. • Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Skills • Strong administrative assistance skills, including organization and time management • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • AP experience a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
