Delta's Global Health and Wellbeing Team works across Delta to create JOY and enhance the health and wellbeing of its employees, customers, communities, and partners. To deliver on this mission, Global Health and Wellbeing's Integration Team is responsible for establishing, promoting, and prioritizing Delta's health and wellbeing goals and objectives. The Project Leader - Strategy Alignment will be responsible for supporting Global Health and Wellbeing's Integration Team. The individual will lead high-profile initiatives that support the health & wellbeing of Delta people while partnering cross-divisionally with other organizations within Delta, with Delta leadership and externally with vendors and business partners. The Project Leader will leverage skills in strategic thinking, cross-divisional coordination, and project and data management in order to assist Global Health and Wellbeing leaders to execute on strategy. This role will be part of a strong team who will work closely with many Division leaders to develop and deliver outcomes that align with Global Health and Wellbeing's short- and long-term business strategies. This position is based in Atlanta, GA.
