As a Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring effective outcomes and significant business impact through strategic collaboration, clear communication, and alignment with business goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing delivery processes, and fostering a customer-centric approach. You will drive continuous improvement, engage stakeholders, and develop high-quality solutions that are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: • Outcome-Driven Leadership: Deliver the right customer and business outcomes by engaging with product teams to ensure proper structure, skills, leverage models and metrics for measurement. • Delivery Leadership and Advocacy: Champion delivery using methodologies like Agile, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall. Etc., Work with Product Managers to drive priorities and execution. Customize delivery methods to varied contexts, form skilled teams, and remove roadblocks. • Craft Mastery: Foster excellence within delivery teams by ensuring quality processes and standards. Engage in program value delivery and team growth. Learn and experiment with new techniques/tools like GenAI. Spread knowledge through community sessions and provide examples of achieving quality solutions. • Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to inspire and influence stakeholders. Serve as the contact for value achievement and collaborate with product engineering teams. Facilitate co-creation workshops to foster alignment and decision-making. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product, experience, engineering, infrastructure, security/risk, and other cross functional teams. Manage conflicts and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team synergy and innovation. Enable cross-skilling to create a versatile team. • Discovery & Delivery Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, XP). Engage in continuous planning and refinement, ensuring quality processes. Collaborate with teams to identify risks, adapt scope, and drive optimization. Embed continuous improvement and problem-solving. • Customer-Centric Delivery: Drive lean solutions through rapid experimentation. Engage with customers before, during, and after delivery to ensure the right solution is delivered effectively. • Operational Excellence: Ensure inclusive and diverse team composition, drive engagement, remove obstacles, and perform coaching.
