Work you'll do As an Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Lead for our Human Capital team, you will: • Lead the assessment, design, and configuration of Time & Labor functions within Oracle Cloud HCM • Translate higher education-specific Time & Labor needs into effective Oracle Cloud HCM processes, supporting diverse employee groups and academic cycles • Coordinate with HR, IT, and functional teams to validate requirements, manage user stories, and ensure thorough testing and acceptance of delivered solutions • Develop and deliver documentation, training resources, and knowledge transfer materials tailored for higher education HR teams and end users • Serve as the primary contact for Time & Labor modules during design, testing, and after go-live support, troubleshooting and resolving issues while promoting continuous process improvement The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing • 1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) module • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve • Bachelor's degree Preferred: • Experience with Oracle HCM implementations for a higher education client • Experience with Time & Labor HR processes, policies, and compliance in higher education • Actively Oracle HCM Time & Labor certified The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $198,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
