About the Opportunity We’re hiring driven, coachable people to join the Delaney Agency, a US-based leadership and financial services firm that uses the life insurance industry as a vehicle to build freedom, leadership, and legacy. We don’t just sell insurance - we develop leaders who can build teams, protect families, and create financial independence. You can start part-time, learn our proven system, and transition into full-time (30–40 hrs/week) once you’re consistently earning more here than in your current role. Many of our partners make that shift within their first few months. This role is 100% remote, commission-based, and built for people who want control over: • How much they earn • When they work • How big they grow (personally and professionally) What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads - people who have already requested information about protecting their families. This is not cold calling. Your responsibilities will include: • Connecting with warm leads who have requested help via online ads, mailers, or web forms • Running virtual appointments (via Zoom or phone) to understand each family’s needs • Recommending simple protection plans (mortgage protection, term/whole life, final expense, retirement solutions, debt elimination strategies) • Submitting applications—often in 10 minutes or less—with many carriers providing instant decisions • Following a proven system for scheduling, presenting, and closing business • Participating in weekly training & leadership calls to sharpen your skills and mindset • Growing into leadership by learning how to mentor and support other agents as you advance Full-time producers typically spend: • 5–10 hours/week on the phone contacting leads • 10–20 hours/week in client appointments • 5–10 hours/week on training, follow-up, and admin What Makes This Role Different Our mission is simple: Protect families. Compensation This is a 1099, commission-only position with no income ceiling. • Average commission per sale: typically $600–$800 on a beginning contract • Typical full-time agent: 3–7 families helped per week (varies by performance, lead flow, and activity) • Performance-based raises: opportunity to earn up to 5% contract increases every 2–3 months based on results • Bonus opportunities: carrier bonuses, production incentives, and performance trips may be available Actual earnings vary and are based on individual effort, consistency, and performance.
