POSITION PURPOSE: The Maintenance Technician Level II will handle routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within the Grand Lodge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and various texturing tasks. • Conduct grounds maintenance, including snow removal in winter and landscaping in summer. • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three-phase electrical panels and circuits. • Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings. • Install and replace faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers. • Address drainage issues, water leaks, and water flow problems. • Engage in woodworking for cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors. • Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Mid-level maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodworking, drywall, and texturing. • CPO certification for managing balanced pools and hot tub chemicals. • Capable of working on ladders and scaffolding, using power tools, and operating company vehicles in various weather conditions. • Experience with various chemicals, such as pool chemicals and painting products. • Familiarity with OSHA PPE protocols is preferred. • Able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous tasks, including snow removal. • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Basic hand tools required; specialty tools will be provided. • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions. • Must possess a valid driver's license.
