Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and technical sales. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities for growth. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention • Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to align with client needs and company objectives • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and drive revenue • Present tailored solutions leveraging technology sales expertise and industry knowledge • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of products/services • Utilize client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Lead cross-functional teams during complex sales processes or technical implementations • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their decision-making process Experience • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within technology or related sectors is helpful • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships • Experience in technical sales or marketing is highly desirable • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights • Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement • Prior experience in warm calling and developing new business opportunities is preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in client service and business expansion.
