Full Description

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for an HRIS Implementation Manager to lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel's suite of HR products. Requirements • 3+ years of HR data migration experience • 1+ year in HR implementation or customer success • Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively • Experience with change management in enterprise settings • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices • Proficient in HR systems and related tools • Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support • Strong customer relationship management skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively Benefits • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access
