Maintain secure connectivity and monitor network performance for PAM client systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with security officers to maintain ATO status.
Active Secret clearance, 2+ years network/system admin experience, 1-2 years IT help desk support, and experience with eMASS; Army secure network experience preferred.
Job Description: • Maintain connectivity between PAM client systems, servers, and mainframe access • Coordinate secure communications between contractor and Government systems • Monitor network performance and enforce security policies • Serve as the first point of contact for PAM help desk users • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering support teams • Work with SSO to keep EMASS updated • Work with SSO and customer to maintain ATO status Requirements: • Active Secret clearance • Bachelor’s or Associate degree; 2+ years in network/system admin roles • Additional 1–2 years in IT help desk or user support environment • Experience with eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) is required • Experience with Army secure networks (NIPRnet/SIPRnet) preferred Benefits: • None specified
