About Dear World We're a rapidly growing creative storytelling company delivering transformative brand experiences. We partner with Fortune 500 companies and healthcare providers, including recent collaborations with TED, UBS, Google, and major healthcare systems. The Opportunity We need a Creative Web Producer with both web development and design skills to build our new stories and photography platform — a site that showcases real people's narratives through portrait photography and written stories. Participants share personal stories alongside portraits featuring meaningful handwritten text on their bodies (“brain tattoos”). You’ll work directly with our CEO (Robert) and Community Manager (George) to design and build this storytelling platform from concept to launch. What You’ll Build Core Website Features • Photo-driven website with individual participant profiles and stories • Search functionality (by name, keywords, themes) • Event-based photo galleries and collections • Fully responsive design Participant Features • Portal for participants to download their photos • Interface for participants to write and submit stories • “Claim Your Story” feature • System to view post-event photos Admin Features • Bulk photo upload page for post-event processing • Content management interface • Migration of existing photos from SmugMug, Google Drive, and NAS Technical Requirements • AWS S3 or similar cloud storage integration • Strong working knowledge of React and Figma • User authentication system • Photo optimization and management • Ability to work with CSV/spreadsheet data to match photos to participants Required Skills • Strong web development: React, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Web design ability — clean, professional, emotionally resonant layouts • Experience building photo-heavy or portfolio-style websites • Experience with cloud storage (AWS S3 or similar) • Experience building user portals/auth systems • Photo migration and data transfer experience • Excellent communication for remote collaboration with an EST-based team To Apply, Please Submit • Portfolio: Relevant website projects (especially photo-driven or story-based sites) • Your Approach: 1–2 paragraphs describing how you would build this platform • Rate & Timeline: Expected compensation and estimated project timeline • Availability: When you can start and your working hours Why Join Us • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team • Fully remote, flexible schedule • Contribute to meaningful storytelling that impacts lives • Fast-paced, creative environment with growth potential If you're excited about building a beautiful storytelling platform that honors real human experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
