Small accounting and tax preparation firm in Elmhurst is growing. We’re looking for a POLISH AND ENGLISH speaking person ONLY who likes to work in a small office environment. The right candidate should possess both excellent attention to details and very good mathematical and calculation skills. Job description: - Bookkeeping (QuickBooks knowledge preferred) - Payroll preparation for clients and/or their employees(process employees’ paychecks, by collecting their payroll data and timesheets and entering data in to the payroll system, process payroll liabilities and payroll reports). Experience in payroll preparation strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. - Individual Tax return preparation (1-2 years of individual/business tax return preparation experience strongly preferred) - Assist in and handle various daily projects - Communication with clients and various agencies - Other misc. administrative office duties as needed.
