Within our Product Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling DaVita’s digital transformation. As a Product Manager, you will bridge business strategy, product execution, and data insights to deliver technology solutions that empower teammates, improve patient care, and drive measurable business outcomes. Position Summary The Product Manager is responsible for advancing product outcomes through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines the rigor of analytics, the creativity of product design, and the discipline of delivery management to ensure DaVita’s product portfolio operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-minded, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, ownership and becoming the subject matter expert of the technology intake process, understanding and supporting OKRs, product reporting and product ways of working, and ownership over reports, analysis, tools, templates and processes to enable the effective delivery of Products through projects from beginning to end. The Product Manager should bring a passion for critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, accountability, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Outcome Management Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals. Identify and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure the success and impact of your product area. Align potential features and initiatives with respective OKRs to ensure focus on measurable outcomes. Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and communicate progress toward business goals. Data-Driven Decision-Making Use data to formulate problem statements and hypotheses that are specific, measurable, and outcome-oriented. Leverage product analytics to inform decisions, monitor performance, and continuously improve product effectiveness. Evaluate and prioritize features using data on business value, customer impact, and alignment to OKRs. Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop success metrics, dashboards, and reports. Operational Strategy & Process Optimization Lead analysis of key metrics and operational performance for IT and product teams. Design, maintain, and communicate dashboards, reports, and KPIs that track product health and delivery efficiency. Identify and implement improvements across the product delivery lifecycle. Drive consistency in tools, templates, and processes to standardize operational practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Technology Intake process. Partner with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Release Management, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions. Facilitate alignment between business objectives, product strategy, and technical execution. Champion cross-functional communication and transparency across product teams. Governance & Continuous Improvement Support product governance efforts including strategic roadmapping, planning cycles, and OKR alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Agile, and Product Management principles. Promote automation and efficiency across tools and reporting systems. Maintain product documentation and process maps. Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Reporting Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Develop presentations and reports that communicate product performance and strategic alignment. Facilitate executive reviews grounded in data and OKRs. Build trust and alignment across product, IT, and business teams. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related technology role. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and strategy. Experience defining and tracking OKRs. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills. Preferred Experience in enterprise IT or healthcare technology environments. Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, SaFE, or Six Sigma. Experience supporting multiple product portfolios. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
