Full Description

Job Description: • We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Director of the Insurance Management Team (IMT) to lead operational oversight and strategy • Accountability to driving patient insurance retention and reducing rates of uninsured • Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that maximize insurance retention • Oversee processes to ensure effectiveness and identify improvements, enhancements • Identify areas of improvement and create plans to resolve when performance does not meet stated goals • Identify and create solutions to address common patient insurance challenges and education needs • Coach, motivate and develop teammates through formal and informal feedback • Lead a large, diverse, and dispersed team Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required • Experience implementing complex processes that span across multiple geographies • Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving work environment. • Overnight travel 3-4 times a year for meetings.
