Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and coach teams during SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project with extensive stakeholder collaboration.
Requires deep Scrum expertise, Agile coaching skills, and ability to manage Agile processes in a large SAP migration environment with travel.
SAP Scrum Master 50% remote/50% travel to Harrisburg, PA, expenses paid 12/01/2025 to 06/30/2026 possible ext. Description: Requirements/Qualifications: Agile and Scrum Expertise Deep understanding of Scrum framework, roles, artifacts, and ceremonies. Knowledge of Agile principles and other frameworks (Kanban, SAFe). Ability to lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills to work with developers, product owners, and stakeholders. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Focus on empowering the team rather than directing. Removing impediments and fostering a self-organizing culture. Identifying bottlenecks and risks early. Adapting processes to fit team and organizational needs. Understanding velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics. Ability to interpret data for continuous improvement. Current Landscape: Long-standing on-prem ECC customer Highly customized solution deployed across all (55) agencies of the state Approximately 85,000 employees Solution includes all financials (FI/CO, OTC, Procurement, EAM, PS), HCM (Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Benefits), Document Management, BW, and GRC. Project Overview: Migrating ECC to Greenfield S/4HANA implementation and SF Employee Central with select data transfer Little to no migration of custom objects and configuration RISE implementation Going-in scope philosophy will be fit-to-standard with SAP best practices
