Full Description

Role Overview Senior public representative of the company in North America. Primary focus is presence, relationships, and representation, not day to day sales management or operational ownership. Core Focus Areas Executive Presence and Representation • Serve as a visible senior representative of the company in North America • Join key prospect and customer meetings to provide executive presence • Represent the company at conferences, private events, and invite only gatherings • Participate in speaking engagements, panels, and webinars with CRO, CEO, and marketing Spokesperson and Evangelism • Act as an external spokesperson on data, AI, and engineering topics where appropriate • Take part in interviews, fireside chats, and customer case study spotlights • Help keep a clear, consistent narrative about who we are and what we do • Maintain a credible presence on LinkedIn and similar platforms Strategic Relationships • Build and nurture high level relationships with executives at strategic accounts and partners • Open doors and make introductions for the revenue organization to develop and close • Provide direct feedback to the CEO and CRO on how our brand and offers land with senior buyers Internal Expectations • Align with the CRO on where your presence has the highest leverage • Provide informal guidance and example to revenue and GTM staff without line management • Show up prepared and on message for all external appearances What This Role Is Not • Not a hands on sales operations or sales management role • No ownership of sales process design, detailed forecasting, or large team management • No expectation of day to day pipeline administration or internal process work Qualifications • 10+ years in client facing or executive facing roles in B2B technology, data, AI, or consulting • Comfortable operating with C level and VP level stakeholders • Demonstrated public speaking or spokesperson experience (conferences, media, webinars) • Strong verbal communication and executive presence • Willing and able to travel frequently across North America • Able to learn and speak credibly about data, AI, and engineering services Time and Workload • Light on internal administrative and operational duties • No formal direct reports initially • Focused on selective, high impact external representation Compensation & Structure • Equity issued from the company’s employee option pool • Initial Structure: Equity first “Founding Team” agreement (Advisory or Independent Contractor basis) until funding or revenue milestones are met • Equity Grant: 0.5% – 2.0% fully diluted equity (commensurate with experience and network value); intended as a high equity position to reward early risk • Performance Upside: Direct commission of 10% – 20% on any net new revenue directly originated and closed by you, uncapped Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you willing and financially able to start in an equity-only, contractor/advisor structure with deferred cash compensation until funding or revenue milestones are reached?
