In this role, you'll be at the working on Dandy’s #1 priority - building a best in class machine learning-driven dental design engine, as well as other projects like improving tooling and operations in our workforce. This isn't just about keeping the lights on—it's about building the operational backbone for hypergrowth. This role sits on our Design Incubation team and is focused on supporting high priority incubation projects that will up-level our team of more than 400 high-skilled dental designers. What You'll Do Core responsibilities - take a leading role in our most important projects: Analyze complex business problems and develop structured hypotheses to guide problem-solving. Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations. Synthesize findings from research and analysis into clear, actionable insights to guide business decision making. Data & Research Execution Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources, including interviews and databases. Create compelling presentations (using Google Suite) to communicate complex data and findings effectively. Communication & Curiosity Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a relentless drive for impact Project & Workstream Management Develop and maintain detailed project plans and trackers to monitor progress against milestones and deliverables Own and drive specific workstreams within a larger engagement, including setting priorities, defining scope, and managing timelines Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks to project completion and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership Structure complex problems into manageable phases with clear objectives and success metrics Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to effectively plan and track activities Exhibit a strong bias for action and a proactive approach to overcoming project obstacles to achieve defined objectives What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or a strategic business function Data-driven problem solver; comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools to build visibility and drive decisions. Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts. Strong people skills - able to influence a variety of stakeholders who are experts in their field, teaching them business best practices Strong communicator who can navigate multiple cultural contexts with ease. Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
