Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Administrative support to our design, production and purchasing team helping streamline workflow. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities with the ability and willingness to learn technical drawings. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to design team to coordinate job details from customers, update customers requirements, update technical drawings based on direction. • Use Mozaik CAD, with provided training, assist with cabinet design and drafting, ensuring designs are accurate and meet client specifications. • Maintain and organize digital and physical files, including design plans, blueprints, and client correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meeting, design reviews, and production timelines. • Assist in preparing project documentation, including cost estimates, product specifications, and production schedules. • Order and tracking inventory of materials and supplies for ongoing projects . • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding orders, production timelines, and changes to project scope. • Handle office correspondence and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. • Requirements • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail . • Experience with Office software (e.g., Microsoft office suite, Google Workplace). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and production schedules in the cabinets industry is a plus Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana and Trello) • Knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, and design treads a plus. • Previous experience Working in a fast-paced production environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
