About the Role The Senior Client Coordinator is a key, progressive position responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of Healthcare & Lifesciences accounts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a background in recruitment or HR administration (3-4 years) seeking to transition into a more strategic, client-facing capacity. The primary mission is to establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensure seamless facilitation of the recruitment process, drive high client satisfaction, and contribute to account profitability. What will you be doing day to day? Your day-to-day activities will revolve around relationship management, recruitment facilitation, and account maintenance: Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with your clients. Engage with clients on a regular basis and obtain and update open job orders. Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them. Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements. Maintain a healthy P&L (Profit and Loss) by processing quality submittals and making placements. Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards. Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry events. Assist with confirmation calls and email confirmations to client facilities. Processing assignment and contract changes as well as extensions, renewals, and terminations. Be the overall point of escalation for all current client and provider issues. Execute and manage referral programs. Your Experience Required Experience & Background: Experience Level: This is a Junior level role requiring 1-2 years of client success experience OR a strong background as a Senior Client Coordinator or HR Administrator (3-4 years) ready for a progressive, client-facing role. Staffing Background: 5+ years in staffing, recruiting, or related experience is preferred. Industry Knowledge: Lifesciences experience is a must; Healthcare experience is good to have but not a requirement. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education.
