Smart Buildings Account Manager Position Overview Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Smart Buildings Account Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to manage and drive sales growth through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives in the smart buildings industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, engineers, and Carrier representatives to drive new business opportunities • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management • Manage pricing and delivery of equipment orders • Continually develop industry knowledge and technical expertise • Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline • Proven track record of successful sales in the HVAC industry • Experience with Carrier products and services • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building automation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Benefits
