Position Overview The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing service operations for HVAC systems. This position is responsible for coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule HVAC service appointments for technicians and customers. • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding HVAC systems and services. • Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of service tasks. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations. • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and resolve any concerns. • Support team coordination to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven experience in a service coordination or similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry. • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interaction. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. • Experience with scheduling and maintenance management software is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Knowledge of safety compliance standards in HVAC operations.
