Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Job Captain/Job Captain with expertise in DSA and K-12 projects to lead the design and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction documentation to ensure the successful delivery of educational facilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of architectural projects for K-12 educational facilities • Prepare and oversee construction documents and ensure compliance with DSA regulations • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of projects • Assist in mentoring junior staff and provide guidance on design and documentation practices Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Job Captain, preferably with DSA and K-12 project experience • Registered Architect (AIA) preferred • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and design processes • Proficiency in architectural design software and tools • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits • Full Benefits - competitive • 401K • Profit Sharing • Flex Schedule • PTO/Vacation Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
