Position Overview The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead and oversee the enterprise sales strategy, focusing on acquiring and expanding relationships with large clients. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of enterprise customers. Compensation: $190k - $225k base / up to $375k OTE Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies for a team of 7 to achieve revenue targets and company goals. • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target enterprise accounts. • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align enterprise offerings with market needs. • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results. • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Enterprise sales. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets. • Recognition as a top performer, such as membership in a Presidents Club. • Strong understanding of software testing and web accessibility best practices. • Experience working with DevOps teams and methodologies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
