Job Title: Project Manager Job Location: West Sacramento, CA Salary: $110k-$140k + bonus + Vehicle Allowance Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager on Commercial (or related) projects This is a full time/ permanent position with an established general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They have consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Project Manager with either Ground-up or TI projects. Benefits • Competitive salary ($110k-$140k) + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401k with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities • Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources. • Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards. • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements. • Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget • Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans Qualifications • 5+ Years Experience as a Project Manager • Understanding of Construction documents • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills • Experience in projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related (TI and / or ground-up) • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required) Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
