As a New Home Sales Representative, you'll guide buyers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives-helping them find and personalize their dream home. You'll manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing, while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do • Greet and engage prospective buyers, provide information, and showcase model homes. • Explain floor plans, options, and financing; overcome objections and close sales. • Manage offers, applications, and follow-up calls until the home closes. • Keep sales models and community presentation-ready. • Network with brokers, host events, and leverage market data to drive sales. What We're Looking For • High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred). • Active real estate license required. • Proven sales experience (new home sales a plus or B2B Sales) • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
