Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer with strong proficiency in SolidWorks to support the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment. This role will play a key part in improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting new product introductions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment using SolidWorks • Collaborate with design and production teams to transition products from concept to full-scale manufacturing • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste • Create and maintain detailed documentation including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs • Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, and assembly • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles • Familiarity with automation and robotics integration Benefits PTO 401(K) Health Insurance & more Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
